Braised Chicken Recipe

 
Braised Chicken Delicious Recipes to spicy to taste that sweet typically Javanese style. How to make this easy stew seasoning with very different but Betawi origin but also mak nyus. Materials needed:

500 grams chicken, cut into pieces

2 cloves of garlic

How to make Braised Chicken:

- First Saute crushed spices until lightly browned and fragrant
- Then Add chicken and stir stir briefly, add lime leaves and lemon grass as well.
- Then Enter the water, after boiling reduce heat, stir stir so that the chicken cooked through and the flavors to infuse.
- If the water has been depleted, stir soy sauce for view minutes.Enter if there is less sense. 

Maybe this is a practical cooking, seasoning marinade was easy to come by and not too much like style Betawi. Sweet and spicy taste is simple enough to be added here because it adjusts the manufacturer. But the fragrance of lemon grass and lime leaves will add to the fresh food
