MATERIALS :
300 grams of veal meat , cut into a small square .
5 tbsp liquid coconut milk .
250 grams of fruit cabbage , cut into rough .
9 pieces of red chilli , left whole .
2 tomatoes , cut into pieces .
1 stalk lemongrass , crushed .
4 orange leaves .
1 bay leaves .
2 tablespoons soy sauce .

6 pieces of red onion .
3 cloves of garlic
5 grains hazelnut

1 tsp cumin powder .
HOW TO MAKE A DELICIOUS BEEF SPECIAL tongseng :
Saute until fragrant spice blend .
Enter lemongrass , bay leaves and orange leaves . Stir well .
