Batagor










Ingredients To Make Batagor

250 gr mackerel , puree
250 ml of ice water
250 grams of starch
2 scallions , thinly sliced
2 stalks celery , thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic , finely chopped
½ - 1 tsp salt
½ teaspoon pepper
6 pieces of tofu , cut to taste
8 sheets of dumpling skin
enough oil ( for frying )
Ingredients To Make Peanut Sauce :

300 grams fried peanuts
2 pieces of red chilli
5 cloves of garlic
100 grams of brown sugar
400 ml boiled water
How to Make Peanut Sauce :

Blend all ingredients in a blender .
Cook over medium heat until boiling and thickened seasoning
How to Make Batagor :

Mix the fish and ice water , knead until dough is well blended . Add flour , green onion , celery , garlic , pepper and salt , mix well . Divide the dough into 3 parts each For the contents out , the contents of dumpling and one part for the meatballs .
