Typical noodle Jogja Java



 
 You've Never been to Yogyakarta ? Surely you will not miss any of the specialties of Yogyakarta , Java noodles were very tasty . Here are the ingredients and how to make it .


 

Ingredients :

1 . ½ kg of wet yellow noodles or egg noodles ( boiled and drained ) .
2 . ½ liter of chicken broth .
3 . 1 pcs of tomatoes ( sliced ??thin ) .
4 . 3 lbr green cabbage ( thinly - sliced ??medium ) .
5 . 1 lbr cabbage leaves ( leaf part only, thinly sliced ??) .
6 . 2 stalk of spring onion ( sliced ??thin ) .
7 . 2 stalk celery ( sliced ??thin ) .
8 . 2 eggs chicken .
9 . 100 grams of fried chicken ( sliced ??thin or disuwir ) .
10 . 1 tbsp fried onions .
11 . Soy sauce ( to taste ) .
12 . 4 tablespoons cooking oil ( for frying ) .

Flavoring ingredients that are:

1 . 3 pcs red chili .
2 . 2 cloves of garlic .
3 . 3 spring onions .
4 . 2 btr hazelnut ( roaster ) .
5 . ½ tsp pepper grains .
6 . ½ tbsp fine salt .

How to make :
At first the spice puree ingredients that must be smoothed .
Next prepare the skillet and heat the oil and stir-fry until fragrant seasoning mashed . Then enter the same slice cabbage leaves , cabbage leaves , spring onion , and celery and stir until evenly distributed .
Then enter ½ liters of water into the chicken broth and cook stir until boiling earlier .
