Wedang Ronde

Materials needed :

250 grams of glutinous rice flour
50 grams of starch
1 teaspoon salt
50 ml of water whiting
250 ml of warm water
Enough food coloring in red and green
Teng teng sufficiently finely ground nuts
Peanuts roasted taste

Ginger Gravy Ingredients :

1000 ml of water
6 cm ginger crushed first
3 stalks lemongrass , crushed first
2 fresh pandan leaves
400 grams of sugar

How to Make wedang round :

- First Mix the glutinous rice flour , cornflour and salt together .
- Then Pour water whiting and warm water little by little while stirring stir until a dough
- Then Divide the dough into 3 parts . The left part white , one part red and the rest are colored green .
- Boil water over high heat.
- Take a bit of dough and roll it round - teng teng then fill peanuts . and input to the boiling hot water before, Do it until the dough runs out third .
- Boil round until cooked ( floating ) . Remove and drain .

How to make Gravy Ginger :

- First input all the ingredients in the boiling water . Remove and strain the pulp .
- Then Enter ripe round into the sauce
